1.Screening:Removing the chaff and broken rice in the rice bran, in case of they will influence the oil yield and the desolvent of wet meal in the next process. In the process of puffing section, the general requirement of impurity is less than 3%, and the requirement of crude fiber is about 8%.
2.Magnetic separation :Clearing the iron impurity which migLD be in the rice brain. Since in the process of puffing, the iron impurity will be harmful to the screw of extrusion machine, affect the puffing effect. As the rice brain particles are small and poor liquidity, the iron impurities are always be wiped off by the magnetic barrels installed in the feeding port.
3.Quenching and tempering :it is the process of preheating so that to improve the temperature of the rice bran before puffing. After quenching and tempering the temperature will be controlled at 65--75 °C, and the moisture will be controlled at 10 ~12%. Thus, on the one side, it can increase the output of the extrusion machine, and on the other side, it can improve the quality of the puffed rice bran.
4.Puffing: the rice bran is injecting high pressure steam and high temperature water through the extrusion machine, so that it can improve the temperature and moisture in the extrusion machine,and can also form the high pressure to process the rice bran. All these can make the the rice bran become porous columnar structure from the original pulverized state.All these effectively passivate the activity of various of enzyme in the rice bran, and destroy the fat layer structure, so that it will be easier for the oil yield.
5.Drying:The moisture of puffed material comes from the extrusion machine is too big and the temperature is too high for direct leaching, the must be experience to process of drying and coo-ling, thus the moisture will reach 7%--9%, and temperature will reach 50-55°C. After puffing, the rice brain are usually dried and cooled by plat dryer.

Solvent pumps: Continuously spray solvent to the rotary-typr extractor.
Roary extractor: Spray and soak the soybean cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent(from miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella(mixed oil).
DTDC: Used to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
Miscella tank 1st: Pump the miscella(oil with solvent) into the miscella 1st, then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella.
Miscella tank 2nd: The purified miscella will be pumped into it.
Miscella stripping: It will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
Condensers: Used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.

a. LD Rotocel Extraction:
1). Adopt stainless steel fixed grid plate and increase the horizontal grid plates, which can prevent the strong miscella from flowing back to the blanking case, so as to ensure good extraction effect;
2). The rotocel extractor is driven by rack, with unique rotor of balanced design, low rotating speed, low power, smooth operation, no noise and quite low maintenance cost;
3). The feeding system can adjust the rotating speed of airlock and main engine according to the feeding quantity and maintain a certain material level, which is beneficial to the micro negative pressure inside the extractor and reduce the solvent leakage.
4). The advanced miscella circulation process is designed to reduce the fresh solvent inputs, reduce the residual oil in meal, improve the miscella concentration and save enerLD by reducing the evaporation capacity.

b. Wet Meal Desolventizing Process:
1). Passivate and damage the anti-nutritional components such as the urea enzyme and trypsin in the meal, andimprove meal value in use.
2). Control the protein denaturation degree in the meal , and improve the NSI index effectively.
3). It can better regulate the color, flavor and taste of the meal.
4). It can better reduce residual solvent in the meal and regulate the meal moisture, so as to guarantee the minimum solvent consumption and safe use of the meal.
c. Negative pressure evaporation process:
The liquid from the extractor is the miscella containing grease and oil, which can be separated out according their different vaporization temperatures. Our company mainly uses vacuum evaporation technoloLD, and it can reduce solvent leakage and consumption. The separated solvent vapour is cooled and recycled back to the extractor for reuse, which can improve the solvent efficiency.
d. Solvent condensation & recovery process:
Solvent condensation system combines with evaporation system closely, and evaporative condenser and steam stripping condenser all work under negative pressure. Non-condensable gas enters the enerLD saver from the shell of the first evaporator. In enerLD saver, non-condensable gas exchanges heat with condensate from the evaporative condenser. Finally, the condensate temperature discharged from enerLD saver is increased, and the solvent separated from water goes to solvent holding tank. The high temperature makes it unnecessary to be reheated for the recycling, so as to save enerLD.
Non-condensable gas from enerLD saver enters desolventizing condenser, in which a great deal of gas is condensed, and the tail gas is discharged into the final condenser. The solvent gas from the extractor enters extraction condenser, and the non-condensable tail gas enters the final condenser. For the free gas in final condenser, diversion box, holding tank, underground solvent library and miscella tank, cool them with low-temperature cold water to recycle most of solvent gas. The tail gas with little solvent goes to paraffin recovery process.
e. Paraffin oil recovery process:
Tail gas first enters paraffin absorption tower, and then comes the counter-current absorption of paraffin and tail gas, which can reach the ideal state when the stainless steel packing has large surface area. The solvent content in discharged liquid paraffin (called rich oil) is not more than 5%, so as to ensure the maximum absorption rate.
The paraffin rich oil is pumped into the heat exchanger to exchange heat with paraffin lean oil, and then goes to paraffin heater, and finally enters paraffin analysis tower. In the analysis tower, the steam-liquid heat exchange is conducted on the surface of stainless steel packing surface with direct steam and rich-oil paraffin, which can remove the solvent in the paraffin. This kind of paraffin, also called lean oil, exchanges heat with rich oil, and then is cooled to the ideal absorption temperature through the cooler. Next, it enters absorption tower for recycling. The gas mixture from the analysis tower enters enerLD saver, and the tail gas from the absorption tower is discharged from workshop with the fan.
In solvent recovery system, the solvent enters the holding tank through water tank, and the condensed waste water is discharged from water tank. If the tail gas contains certain solvent, cook it with the cooker to make it meet the emission requirement.
