Plate oil-filter/ mesin penyaringan minyak dengan plat rack, fans, rotors, single-phase motor, the screen (size two), into the hopper, vibrating screen, triangular belt and its drive belt and other components. Sesuai dengan penyaringan semua jenis crude oil nabati, pelepasan pigman, proses dewaxing, pengolahan fraksinasi dan boleh juga menggunakan pengolahan air kotor, minyak nabati kotor dan bio-diesel.
Bahan filter plat mempunya besi cor, stainless steel, PP dan bahan lain-lain. Cara press boleh menggunakan cara machinery, manual, pompa hydrolik dan cara control PLC.
Plate oil-filter(seperti HPLB-650): ruang filter terdiri dari satu papan ruang dan satu plat, cair suspensi masuk dari lubang inlet di bagian atas.
Box tipe oil-filter(seperti HPLX-650): setiap dua plat filter mengkombinasikan satu ruang filter tipe box, di tengah plat filter ada satu lubang bulat dan cair suspensi masuk ruang filter dari lubang itu.
Diaphragm oil-filter(seperti HPLG-650) : sesuai dengan proses dexwaxing, pengolahan fraksinasi minyak dan proses lain-lain.
Ruang diaphragm oil-filter terdiri dari papan diapgragm dan plat filter tipe box, bahan baku cair/minyak dikirim masuk ke ruang filter dengan tekanan pompa feeder dan pemisahan padat dan cair dengan kain filter. Setelah padat menjadi ampas di dalam bahan baku akan memasukkan udara dari diaphragm sehingga maksimum mempress cair/minyak dari ampas dan menurunkan kandungan cair/minyak dalam ampas.
