Part-1: Prepress plant of Vegetable Oil Processing Plant for Sunflower Oil,Sunflower Oil Processing Plant,Vegetable Oil Processing Plant
Prepress plant Introduction:
Sunflower seeds prepress plant is used to press sunflower seed first before raw material goes to extraction plant, after prepressing, the oil content in sunflower cake will be controlled to a suitable level which is suitable for going to extraction plant.
Prepress plant Characteristics:
1. The machine spindle, pressing screw, pressing bars, gears and other major spare parts are made of advanced alloys and they are hardened.
2. This press is steaming and roasting combined, it can be adjusted according to oil seed's temperature requirement when they are pressing to get high-quality oil.
3. From oil seeds feeding and roasting to oil output to cake output, it works full continuously. This machine s easy in management and it is labor saving.
Part-2: Solcent extraction plant of Vegetable Oil Processing Plant for Sunflower Oil,Sunflower Oil Processing Plant,Vegetable Oil Processing Plant
Oil solvent extraction plant Introduction:
1. Adopt stainless steel fixed grid plate and increase the horizontal grid plates, which can prevent the strong miscella from flowing back to the blanking case, so as to ensure good extraction effect;
2. The rotocel extractor is driven by rack, with unique rotor of balanced design, low rotating speed, lower power, smooth operation, no noise and quite low maintenance cost;
3. The feeding system can adjust the rotating speed of airlock and main engine according to the feeding quantity and maintain a certain material level, which is beneficial to the micro negative pressure inside the extractor and reduce the solvent leakage;
4. The advanced miscella circulation process is designed to reduce the fresh solvent inputs, reduce the residual oil in meal, improve the miscella concentration and save enerLD by reducing the evaporation capacity;
5. The high material layer of the extractor helps to form immersion extraction, reduce the meal quality in miscella, improve the quality of crude oil and reduce the evaporation system scaling;
6. Specially suitable for the extraction of various prepressed meals.
Oil solvent extraction plant Main parts:
1. Solvent pumps:Continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor;
2. Roary extractor:Spray and soak the prepressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent (from micella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
3. DTDC:Used to separate the solvent from the wet meal;
4. Miscellanous tank 1st:Pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st, and then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying;
5. Miscella tank 2nd:The purified miscella will be pumped into it;
6. Miscella stripping:It will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling;
7. Condenser:Used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
After extracting, oil residual in sunflower meal is less than 1%, in this processing, you get crude sunflower oil.

Oil refining plant Introduction:
1. Crude oil refining workshop is through taking off impurity, degumming, decoloring, deodorization, removing eax, fractionation etc to achieve different standards edible oil. At present, having four grade of edible oil, different oil grade have different requirement for quality and machines.
2. It is suitable for refining various crude vegetable oil, such as sunflower oil, tea oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, corn oil and palm oil, etc.
3. Main parts: Refining pot, Decoloration pot, Deodorization pot, Oil pumps and other parts.
Oil refining plant Main part functions:
1. Refining section:Using to P-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and water rinsing.
2. Decoloring section:Using to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate.
3. Deodorizing section:To remove off the odor components in oil.
4. Dewax:Using to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get high quality oil.
5. Conduction stove:Supply each device production needsing heat enerLD, temperature reach above 280.
6. Steam generator:Produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.
7. Vacuum pump:Supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can reach above 755mm Hg.
8. Press filter:Filter clay, filter out clear oil.
9. Air compressor:Blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.
Part-4: Oil dewaxing plant of Vegetable Oil Processing Plant for Sunflower Oil,Sunflower Oil Processing Plant,Vegetable Oil Processing Plant
Oil dewaxing plant Introduction:
1. Purpose:Oil refining is according to the different usage and requirements, utilizing the physical methods and chemical processes to in the crude oil, getting standard oil.
2. Usage:It is suitable for refinig various crude vegetable oil, such as sunflower seed oil, tea seed oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, rice bra oil, etc.
3. Main parts:Refining pot, decoloration pot, deodorization pot, oil pumps and other parts.
4. Advantages:a.After refining the impurity of oil must be less than 0.2%;b.Recycling system save power and money;c.Low oil waste.
Oil dewaxing plant Main parts functions:
1. Dewaxing section:Used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil;
2. Heat transfer oil stove:Supply each device production needing heat enerLD, temperature reach about 280C;
3. Steam generator:Produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.
4. Vacuum pump:Supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, decolor, deodor, vacuum degree can reach above 755mmhg;
